Newly remodelled and ideal venue, unbeatable location just off the adjacent restaurant supplying meals, the EU Parliament, and central Brussels. The rooms neat, modern with the TV and then towels at gone 2am, for instance.

The breakfast was great with plenty of food, everybody can choose.

The chaotic interior ambiance detracts from comfort!!! Noise disturbances from the surrounding area were rather bothersome!!!

Absolutely courteous staff and pleasant accommodation. Comfy bed in twin room with central heating and multi-channel television. Pleasant views, great breakfast with waffles and nominal rate, for example. Easy check in and friendly service. Not to mention excellent wifi!

The comfy room and helpful staff. We visited the Royal Library of Belgium and the Royal Waterloo Golf Club, both worth it. Be aware the location can feel a bit rough late at night, so stay alert. A solid budget choice!

I found the shower head in the room wouldn't stay mounted, so I had to hold it while washing. It was a bit inconvenient, but not a dealbreaker for our group vacation.

Comfortable room, convenient location, as the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the train station and within easy reach of key attractions. The staff were nice and helpful, answering all my questions.

The Single Room was pretty basic. The bed was comfy, and I liked that it stayed warm even though it was chilly outside. The room was cleaned daily, nice, but some stuff definitely needed fixing, like the window blind. I felt a bit uneasy with the surroundings when heading back at night, though. Wi-Fi was decent enough, but that's about it.

Comfortable beds and helpful staff. The central heating kept the room warm even in colder weather. The absence of tea or coffee facilities and a safe in the room was a downside. Walking back late at night revealed shadier areas.

The breakfast selection was surprisingly varied, and I was delighted with the cleanliness of the common areas. I wish the bed was more comfortable for a good night's sleep.
